Human Team Building

Human Team Building

Human Team Building has developed a leadership workshop and a team-building based on the philosophy of the human towers practice and its analogy to the business world.

There are some elements in the human towers practice that can be applied to the business world no matter the dimensions of it.

Among the good practices of “caps de colla” (head of the team), “castellers” and “colles” (teams) that can be extrapolated to the company in order to develop the potential of the individuals, teams and the company in itself.

We can highlight:

  • Leadership

The existence of a leader accepted and respected by everyone; with a clear way of leading a team, firm and comprehensive, always searching everyone’s compromise. At the same time, the leader sets short-term, mid-term and long-term objectives.

  • Confident environment

Existence of a confident environment amongst the members of the group and towards the team itself.

  • Clear and shared objectives

The existence of clear and shared objectives for each of the “castellers”. These objectives are easy to reach but at the same time demanding, therefore fostering team involvement.

  • Functions and responsibilities

The existence of tasks, functions and responsibilities for each of the members of the team and the organization, where there are no excuses not to do what is set.

  • Team work

Team work brought to its highest expression, as it is hard to find an activity in which each of its participative elements is important, and in which there are no individual appreciations.

  • Respect

The respect towards the importance of individual and group work.

  • Management

The management of a child-friendly environment with children, as an example of business management.

Five basic elements

OBJECTIVE, COMMUNICATION, CONFIDENCE, COMPROMISE AND VERTICAL LEADERSHIP.
