Member of the Colla Jove de Castellers de Sitges, with 15 years of experience and active member of the technical and directive team of his “colla”.

Mònica Aguilar

Manager of Human Team Building. She also leads the management of Symplifyourbusiness, bringing experience in digital marketing and digital competencies.

Raquel Calvo

Raquel develops his career as a specialist consultant and coach in professional and personal transformations.

In addition to individual coaching, Raquel develops experiential creativity workshops, conflict management and leadership skills by integrating coaching tools and expressive arts.

Jaume Roset

Since 2009 Jaume is a professional coach (executive and life) and specialist in personal growth. He collaborates regularly as an executive coach at IESE Business School, where he works with executives and managers to develop leadership and leadership skills.
